Los kilos demás y kilos de menos de Lilly Allen
Tal parece ser que las dietas extremas que en ocasiones la cantante inglesa realiza tienen un efecto rebote, devolviéndole los kilitos que con tanto esfuerzo había bajado. ¿A quien no le ha pasado? ¡Haz click aquí y continúa leyendo!
A muchas mujeres nos ocurre, que llega el verano y nos volvemos locas haciendo dietas ¡temibles! para bajar rápidamente esos kilitos que parecen estar de más, y aparentemente a Lilly Allen le sucede lo mismo.
¡Así es! Por que la cantante sube y baja de peso de la misma forma que cambia de color de cabello, ya que en ocasiones la hemos visto realmente delgada mientras que al pasar el tiempo vuelve a recuperar el peso perdido. ¿Sabes por que ocurre esto?. Te cuento, se trata de esas dietas “Express”, aquellas en las cuales nos matamos de hambre durante algunos días con la finalidad de perder peso en poco tiempo, sin pensar en los daños que a nuestro organismo podemos provocar.
Además, éste tipo de dietas perjudica nuestro metabolismo propiciando la acumulación de grasa en el cuerpo, sin olvidar los efectos nocivos que tienen en el corazón y a nivel sicológico, ya que si no nos alimentamos bien, nos sentimos decaídos.
En cuanto al caso puntual de Lilly Allen, además de un asunto estético, la joven hace tiempo atrás confesó haber tenido algunos problemillas con el alcohol, bebidas que como sabemos, son altamente calóricas, por ende el problema radica desde distintos factores. ¡Es por ello que es recomendable que comamos sano y equilibrado, así nunca tendremos problemas!. ¡Ese es el consejo!

Es algo complejo el tema de las dietas, sobre todo experimentar el efecto rebote, a mi me ha pasado…Pero aprendì que es mucho màs saludable el comer sano y sobre todo equilibrado….la idea no es matarse de hambre sino no comer en exceso..

ME dan susto las dietas! Aunque me encantaría bajar de peso!!
Lilly Allen igual se ve bien, no está taaan gordita, pero se nota que lucha con su peso!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
